Welcome to Zoë and Morgan’s website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.zoeandmorgan.com  by accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us.

PAYMENT

We accept all major types of credit card (MasterCard, Solo, Switch Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit & Delta and Visa Electron).

We take all reasonable care to make our website 100% secure. All credit card transactions on this website are processed using Sage pay, a secure trading online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

At Zoe and Morgan we do not hold any of your credit card details. However in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Additional Payment Information for Overseas Customers
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit/debit card company.

Credit Card Validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. At all times where we disclose your information, please be assured it will remain secure.


3-D Secure is a credit and debit card authorisation program, implemented by Visa and MasterCard, to help reduce fraudulent purchases by verifying purchaser identity during online transactions. Put simply, 3-D Secure is the Internet equivalent of Chip & PIN at Point-of-Sale.

PRICES

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Orders will be processed at our published prices; otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your Zoe and Morgan jewellery! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please Note:

All items returned must be unworn and undamaged.
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty.

Exchanges are possible if the item is available. Please note that Zoe and Morgan cannot refund postage and packaging charges, nor will we refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU.

Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).

To arrange a return please email personalshopper@zoeandmorgan.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then issue you a Return Authorisation Code (RAC).

Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Zoe and Morgan packaging. Please pack the item carefully and state the RAC clearly on the external packaging. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, for your own protection.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at our discretion.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

PACKAGING

Your jewellery will be sent to you in a lovely Zoe and Morgan box! We can also gift wrap your item for you, just choose this option when at the checkout (we charge £5).

A member of the Zoë and Morgan team will be on hand to assist you from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday (Excluding all bank holidays and public holidays).

SECURITY

Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site.

UN – SUBSCRIBE

Our website gives users the option for their information to be removed from our database so not receive future communications or to no longer receive newsletter messages.
